WVIAC Softball Squads Split In Late Night NCAA Tournament Action
West Virginia Wesleyan posted three runs in the third inning and held on for a 4-2 win over Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference champion Saginaw Valley State as the Bobcats stayed alive in the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional.  Steve Warner's squad improves to 51-19 and will meet Wayne State or SIU Edwardsville at 5:00 p.m. Friday.

West Virginia State was limited to a pair of hits as the Jackets' season ended with a late night 3-1 loss to Indianapolis.

Wesleyan Downs Ferris State 5-2 To Advance In Men's Tennis Great Lakes Regional

West Virginia Wesleyan's men's tennis team took a 5-2 victory against Ferris State in the opening round of the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional.  The Bobcats will face host Northwood on Friday afternoon for a spot in the 16-team NCAA Division II Men's Tennis Championships at Houston, Texas next week.     Read More
