(ERIE, PA)---Gannon University's balanced attack was too much for Seton Hill as the unbeaten and top-ranked Golden Knights earned an 80-60 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region semifinal victory.

Gannon, which improved to 35-0, got 17 points each from Kim Vargas and Carrie Nolan.  Brittany Tabron and Tiffany Crocker registered 14 points apiece.  Tabron also chipped in nine rebounds as the victors owned a 44-29 rebounding edge.

Seton Hill (23-8), which was making their first trip into NCAA post-season play, received a game-high 19 points from Jordan Burkes.  Kaite Lintner registered 15 points for the Griffins before fouling out.

SHU hit on 11 of 32 three-point field goals, but only managed four two-point field goals versus the taller Golden Knights.

Gannon hosts sixth-seeded Millersville in Monday's regional championship tilt.
