Glenville State guard Donita Adams was named a third-team All-American by Women's D-II Bulletin magazine.
(BEAVERTON, OR)---Glenville State senior guard Donita Adams has been named a third-team All-American by Women's Division II Bulletin magazine.
Adams paced an 18-10 Lady Pioneer squad that poured in a WVIAC-record 95.9 points per game. The 2009-10 WVIAC Player of the Year led the league in scoring at 22.6 points per outing. The 5-8 Damascus, Maryland native also contributed 6.1 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game as the Pioneers remained in contention for the league regular season title until the final day.
West Liberty junior Tori Hansen was an honorable mention selection by Women's Division II Bulletin. The McKean, PA guard contributed 22.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per outing for the 22-10 Lady Toppers.
