(PRINCETON, W.Va.)---Four WVIAC men's basketball squads will be involved in the NCAA Division II version of March Madness as West Liberty, West Virginia State, Alderson-Broaddus, and Fairmont State comprise half of next week's Atlantic Region bracket.  The four bids earned by WVIAC squads mark the best showing for the league since also getting four spots in the 2006 field.

WVIAC regular season champion West Liberty (27-2) draws the second seed and will host league rival Alderson-Broaddus (24-6) on Saturday.  The Toppers are making their second trip to the Division II regionals and are hosting an NCAA post-season game for the first time in program history.  A-B is in the NCAA Tournament for the ninth straight season.  Corey Pelle's 28 points led WL to an 89-82 win during the squads' regular season matchup.

West Virginia State (28-3) captured the WVIAC Tournament title with a wild 108-107 victory over West Liberty to capture the league's automatic bid.  Fourth-seeded WVSU will travel to Indiana, PA for a Saturday battle with East Stroudsburg (24-5).
