Five WVIAC T&F Standouts Meet NCAA Provisional Marks

NCAA D-II Outdoor Championship standards     WVrunners.com story

(PRINCETON, W.Va.)---Five WVIAC track and field athletes have already achieved NCAA Division II Outdoor Championship provisional marks or times. 

West Virginia Wesleyan's Meghan Zayas and Ricky Kump, Concord's Shawnee Carnette, Seton Hill's Nick Spino, and Wheeling Jesuit's Emily Taylor are the WVIAC athletes to have recorded the provisional marks.

Invitations to compete at the May 27-29 national championship meet in Charlotte hosted by Johnson C. Smith University are based on the number athletes recording automatic or provisional marks or times in each events.  To date, no league athlete has achieved an automatic mark or time.
