Six WVIAC track and field athletes have earned trips to the 2010 NCAA Division II Track and Field Championships to be held May 27-29 at the Irwin Belk Track Complex in Charlotte, NC hosted by Johnson C. Smith University.
The six athletes are: Emily Taylor, seeded 7th in the discus, of Wheeling Jesuit University, Sarah Campanelli, seeded 10th in the 1500m, of Wheeling Jesuit University, Shawnee Carnett, seeded 15th in the 800m, from Concord University, Josh Wilks, seeded 15th in the 800m, from Seton Hill University, Ricky Kump, seeded 12th in the decathlon, from West Virginia Wesleyan, and Kevoy Douglas of West Virginia Wesleyan seeded 17th in the 200m.
